Continuous physical control over implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of financial funds spent during the activities, inspection and evaluation of all the evidenced output data, compliance with the conditions named in relevant decisions of the State Mining Administration, physical control of the field activities, control of the work quality using own control sampling and analysis, gradual evaluation of the work development, providing feedback for the early detection of problems and the preparation of proposals for corrective measures, the final report processing the results of supervisory activities including conclusions and recommendations.
